Y1 Big Seaside Sing

This afternoon our Y1 children joined together with children from Hightown Primary and St Monica Primary to perform for their families at Itchen College. The children had been preparing pieces of music inspired by the seaside, creating dances in response to seaside music and learning lots of different songs. 

The children had an amazing time and performed so well - we were really proud of them all and so impressed when they sang in a round, parts and layered seaside rhythms with each other! Well done Y1 and your fantastic teachers.
