5C are tuned in!

5C have been working really hard this half term reading musical blobs showing pitch and how to write these on staff notation. They have been exploring pitch patterns, reading and writing pitched blob notation and finally having a go at reading and playing pieces. 

Have a listen to their arrangement of 'Frere Jacques'. They choose bass bars to keep the pulse, composed an ostinato for xylophones and in their final session tried out playing the melody as a two part round on the glockenspiels.
